I hadn't been to church for about 5 years, except on the occasions when my
mom would beg, plead and cajole me into going, until such time as I would
go and wait outside for the family and not go in. She never asked me
again. I read the Bible and studied Ezekiel, David, Solomon, and the
new testament Golden Rule... the rest of the new testament, I abhorred....
I started dating a baptist minister who led me to pray over my life conditions.
I prayed 7 days in a row, the same prayer "Who Am I?" I would put myself
to sleep with this prayer. On the seventh night, I had a dream. In
the dream GOD said "You Are WHO I AM". The voice reverberated in my
body and the words were written in large letters in the sky of my mind.
The next day, I told my mom and her sister. My mom is a church goer,
her sister is not. They both told me that the voice made me Jesus Christ!
I am a non-believer and rejected the whole idea. I was even a
bit angry. I knew I was a sinner and did not care... I refused to believe
in a wrathful GOD and a wrathful demon... Neither did I accept a GOD, Jesus,
who would cast heathens, pagans and non-believers into hell. I rejected
their interpretation of my dream. There's no devil, no hell, no perishing
Soul!
I was in a desert Oasis and a young man came to me with 2 of his friends
and spoke to me and gave me instructions on handling my affairs. I
left the Oasis and trod in the desert for many days. I stood and was
rooted in the desert like a plant when the Voice and the Vision of Letters
came.
I had many other dreams that repeated the idea but never accepted the message
as interpreted by my family. Even my minister friend was surprised at the
answer, and he refused to believe I got the dream right. He considered
me an airhead with a bad memory. We dropped it and I continued
in my sinful ways, but I respected the dream. My creator is the GOD
of mercy, always has been and always will be loving, forgiving and understanding,
welcoming us into the aura of divine right and all comforting spirit.
