Music of the Masters of GODMind

Reading the Master Books of the East and West, I was inspired in various ways to record the ideas in song. I do not consider myself a lyricist since much of my thinking is in music: violins, violas, saxophones, trumpets, pianos. I have an orchestra in my head so I compose music and lyrics generally come later.

In 1984, I was reading Psalms while riding the bus to work. So-called retarded children with various levels of ability were on the city bus each day. They were a loud and noisy and friendly group and we had conversations ranging from music to wrestling. One of them was reading over my shoulder and said "that could be a rap song." I thought about it and said, "nah, not this one." They obviously wanted me to sing rap. So, we made up one. I took my prayer book and rapped "Come Holy Ghost". They liked it.

A few days later, I sang parts of this song to them. They liked it and told me I should be a singer. Anyway, I was inspired in 2 ways writing the music for this song. A minister showed me the scripture in 1981 and revealed that I was a person such as this. I agreed. Now that the music is prepared, I share it with you. Enjoy! marie michael gabriel raphael
