Lesson 8 The dimensions of the layers of awareness and universal dimensions are different dimensions. Their operational systems are united. Dimensions are measurements of frequencies (the greater measurement is one's individual power of love). Each dimension has special fields of influence peculiar to itself (receptivity and transmission capabilities of individuals, the dominant aspect being one's own level of love). As the dimensions rise to greater levels of loving awareness, their powers of influence increase at the same ratio (1:1). Each frequency attains the right to enter in accordance with the phases (of development) one passes through. Those who attain cosmic consciousness benefit from these influences. Perceptions called the 6th sense or universal awareness expand and you become a channel of the divine attributes. Each entity who possesses the sixth sense is a channel of divinity. These do develop. In the presence of the cosmic field, one is a medium of transmission and receptivity to higher powers. The cosmic awareness of Earth speeds up and friends in the cosmic consciousness know this. (Quantum thought processses - these do not generally experience writer's block.)

Lesson 9 Everyone performs in their own domain, whether or not they are on the universal path. Selection is made in this way. This is not giving and receiving, this is not a fair exchange. This is when one gives, one is encouraged to proceed and join us in this advent of the new age on Earth. The participation is its own reward and friends that learn this also learn to encourage others on the path of universal experience. This is a call to humanity and it is an effort that is all inclusive and not selfish. Work done from the essence of divinity (love) is always reciprocated. As we help each other, we help the whole universe.
More often than not, divine means "Love". In other cases, divine is "elusive".
Efforts on this path help you attain genuine consciousness. Each friend is encouraged as individuals and not as a group consciousness. This is captain Neptune to greet you and convey to you all our love in behalf of our 18 members and our private channel of supervision. You are receiving different waves of a different dimension. We are preparing our friends to enter the universal unification for these special waves. We come from a common section at the 18th dimension of the sun beyond Karena. Karena is a subjective field of brain energy. This field is far beyond the waves you receive from the channel of seven lights. The dimensions of numerous galaxies outside your system are connected to the energy of Karena. The world dimension is not accustomed to this yet. A gradual engraftment system is applied on Earth's magnetic belt, carrying its energy. You enter only after you adjust to those energies. Our base is a relaxation aspect prepared as a part of this dimension carrying relaxation energies. You enter after you are familiar with relaxation energies.
There is a supervision among groups and friends of each group are supervised according to their consciousness codes. They are sent to Groups in which they will become conscious and they are obliged to receive the information there. Each advanced information they receive is connecting them to more advanced groups. The same friends are not always members of the same group. They can circulate into various groups according to their essence and higher consciousness that is assessed and supervised. We contact those that have high levels of awareness and when the time comes, everyone will be considered in the same light. Everything depends on the law of graduation. You receive middle wave energy from the North Pole (not a radio or bidirectional wave). You receive this special energy to combine with celestial volunteers. This energy is not part of your natural environment. Your cells are gradually being evolved to hold more light. This is a grafting in procedure (a blending technique). Undulations occur in frequencies due to alterations made at the poles. Those who enter the golden light year are receiving these currents through their angels. They are protected by their angels. A cloud of fog will envelop this world that postpones the graduation of global societies into universal citizenship.
