Light is the substance of Creation. "Let there be light" is the first step in proper precipitation. To emulate the Supreme Father as a True Child of Light, learn to follow the methods used by Supreme Intelligence for consistent and worthy results. Be perfect as GOD is perfect, be merciful as GOD is merciful. Penetrate the limitless mind of GOD in order to "go and do likewise." Sow the seeds of desire consciously into the Light of the Soul. Many ideas and inspirations originate in the deeper mind. 24 hours of each day, the unconscious is active in all areas of this life. The cultivation of faith through prayerful conversion of situations is the act of GOD through the Holy Spirit that each one bears and reveals in prayer. Let GOD guide. IAM the Control of Matter by the Power of GOD Mind acting through Spirit and Truth everywhere. Individuals are able to practice transmutation, amplification and multiplication of the atomic and molecular structure and are able to precipitate substance. I accept the Truth of these operations in the Light of Jesus because I always retain gentleness of heart with faith in the power of GOD that endures forever. All my needs can be met by mastering the Laws which Christ Jesus and the Apostles have demonstrated by their lives.

Call to the Divine Intelligence within the Higher Mind to register the pattern you seek from Infinite Intelligence and to impress the end result on your conscious awareness with the mood of serene acceptance combined with gratitude. Recognize that light energy transmutes into tangible substance. Call for the Christ Light to take on the atomic pattern you desire, to coalesce around that pattern, and then to 'densify' into form. The Act of Truth Itself is an invocation to Jesus the Christ and allows for consubstantiation to appear. The Act is the Initiation of Shekinah. Call for the multiplication of this atomic structure until molecules of substance begin to fill the designated space in which the object must appear. When the outline is filled with the vibratory action of the 4th dimensional substance, IAM lowers the atomic density into its 3-dimensional form.
